Chai, Chaat and Thai.

Fiesta. Thats how our Saturday was spent. We had a mini-fiesta. Harry, Bee and Christian (funniest and the kindest people I know) came over and we had some serious fun (Sorry about the alias guys, couldn't think of anything else!). Our evening was spent eating Chaat and drinking Chai swapping stories and supposedly funny things that we think only happens to us.

{Puri or paadi spread on the plate and topped with cooked and mashed potatoes and garbanzo beans mixed with cilantro and chopped green chillies/topped with garlicky mint chutney, sweet tamarind chutney and sweetened beaten curd/garnished with cumin powder, chaat masala, chopped cilantro and sev}

Christian volunteered to cook some Thai and Chinese. It was yummy. We had the whole Eastern thing going on. Red and bamboo. Soy and shoots. Ding and dong. Yum and nom. Nom nom nom.

All in all our little fiesta was a super success!
