Diptea's Psychedelic Superstar - 2

Imagine a cute little cuddly bunny playing with a snow-flake. Did you picture that? Okay, now imagine this very same bunny going hippity-hoppity all over your living room floor. Now imagine a tiny little kitty-cat entangled in a ball of wool. Now that I have you guys imagine various degrees of cuteness, I would love to introduce you to the cutest blogger I know. You will realize that very same fact by the amount of smiley faces that she has sprinkled generously throughout the interview. This lovely girl gives adorable a whole new meaning through her blog, with her casual and chic outfits, gorgeous photography and her effervescent and fresh personality. She skips and she jumps effortlessly wearing the cutest pair of tights she can find and twirls her gorgeous raven black hair, which I very much like. So here she is folks, to grace my blog with her answers to my very demanding and grueling Q&A session. Jennifer Hsieh of Jennifhsieh!

Diptea - What inspires and motivates you to create your daily outfit posts?
Jennifer - The blogging community is really my biggest inspiration and motivation. Knowing that there are people out there who actually care to read what I have to post is such an amazing feeling and it’s what makes me want to pick up that camera everyday and snap some shots. I also get so much inspiration from everyone else. Other blogs make it so accessible to find inspiration and new ideas on how to wear an item or remix a look.

Diptea - If you were told to pick three of your favorite items from your closet, what would they be?
Jennifer - Just three?? Right now I’m going to have to go with my plain white v-neck t-shirt (you can never go wrong with one), my black Kenneth Cole Reaction wedges, and my H&M Oatmeal Boyfriend Cardigan.

Diptea - Your blog has amazing pictures and original content. Any tips for up and coming bloggers?
Jennifer - Awww you’re a sweetheart. :) I say the best piece of advice I can give you is to be yourself and stay true to why you started your blog in the first place! The blogging world can get pretty crazy but remember to just have fun with it and not take it too seriously. Don’t let it overwhelm or become your life.

Diptea - Can you tell us readers, what has been your favorite blogging experience so far?
Jennifer - It’s definitely gotta be the first time I met up with bloggers in NYC. It was so surreal seeing them in person and actually... moving... ha ha. :)

Diptea - If you were given three wishes by the all powerful genie, what would they be?
Jennifer - 1) I’d like the ability to fly.
2) A little bit more happiness in the world.
3) The ability to sing beautifully.

Diptea - A joke that you would like to share?
Jennifer - I just heard one recently that I loved actually, haha. So, what do you call something that’s not related to an elephant? Irrelephant! :D

Diptea - The most flattering experience that you ever had?
Jennifer - I can’t think of anything specific right now. Any sort of compliment is always flattering. Actually, now that I think about it, I’m a horrible public speaker and this past March I ran for a District (state-wide) position in a club I’m part of (Cirkle K International). I was so nervous so I just tried to be myself and make lame jokes. Afterwards, I got a compliment from an older administrator who said I was the best speaker out of the bunch since I was natural which was shocking. :)

Diptea - One very important thing that you learnt through your blogging experience?
Jennifer - I actually have to say the most important thing I took from my blogging experience so far was discovering my personal style. I remember when I first started blogging about a year ago, I tried a bunch of different looks based off of trends and what others were wearing. I never really knew what my personal style was. Over time I realized I filtered through all those trends and my own closet and now I’ve grown into my own style and I love it. :)

Diptea - Who are your current favorite bloggers Jen?
Jennifer - There are actually way too many to name so I’m not even going to try. It would take me forever to sit down and type them all out. :P

Diptea - What are your hobbies/interests?
Jennifer - Photography is my biggest (and most expensive) hobby right now. I also love sketching. :)

Diptea - Last but not the least, your favorite pizza is?
Jennifer - A good sausage pizza.
